Niederanven is a municipality with around 5.600 citizens (of which about 45 % foreigners from more than 40 different countries) situated 10 km east of Luxembourg-City. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful landscape and a marvellous natural environment as the municipality includes a natural reserve called "Aarnescht" and a large part of the largest continuous wooden area of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg called "Gréngewald".
